This paper, published by the Oxford Institute for Energy Studies, and written by its Senior Research Fellow Katja Yafimava, explores the TEN-E Regulation and examines whether it provides a supportive regulatory framework for the development of energy infrastructure in the EU in line with the European Climate Law provisions of meeting the GHG emission reduction targets in 2030 and beyond.
